I think it’s Kira but who do you think it is and why?

I think it is Athrun Zala. I think this because he is a new type for starters. Him and Kira are definately a good match for a fight but if both fighted at seriously against each other i think Athrun would win

Cartoon is a term that once referred to fine art during the Renaissance period. Somehow, though, meaning the term has evolved (or decentralized, depending on how you look at it) in pictures and clever humor and, finally, animated programs designed to entertain people, mostly children. Indeed, the clarity, the term comics in this article refers to animation programs. Recently, however, a new term has been coined: Anime. And the distinction between a confusion of these two has caused.

Strictly speaking though, there should be no distinction between anime and cartoons. Anime is a term used by Japanese to refer to cartoons, from their own country and others. Somehow, however, the world began encouraged to use the term in reference to Japanese cartoons exclusively. Japanese animation was once called Japanimation, but this term was aptly discarded when the term 'anime' was put into use.

Some say they see no difference between the two, even going so far as to classify the drawings animated and anime as "childish" because of the nature of the way they are presented to both the misfortune of anime fans. Technically, there is no difference official and are something right. However, just about a single episode of any anime series and see that the anime is much more than usual slapstick comedy man-shot-in-a-banana-peal morning cartoons. There is a real and profound difference between the two, besides its there: Anime is much more than "just a cartoon".

Stories / Plots

Cartoons usually have a simple plot and defined. And they're usually about good fighting evil. Cartoons rarely go beyond that old cliché. Most anime series, on the other hand, are also on the same good versus evil, but the plots are rarely simple and very difficult to predict. Find an element of politics, religion, humanity, and a score of several other abstract concepts within an anime. Whereas that cartoons are just innocents "bad cats' chasing 'a' mice or a hero who stands up for himself and others from a bully very bad. Anime can blur the lines between good and evil while you are left wondering which side is really good. Look at the plot of Gundam, there are no good or bad. The Both are fighting for a cause – a worthy, and both parties are willing to do good and evil to achieve their goals. Mira Wave Country arc of Naruto which is now in Naruto Shippuden. Zabuza, evil as he was, had evoked more sympathetic tears any of the antagonists of the typical Disney. There are, however, some exceptions to the cartoons are simple 'rule. There are cartoons that are very advanced methods such as X-Men.

In terms of humor, anime goes beyond the slapstick comedy that cartoons offer. There will be no corny joke about the chicken crossing the road with the anime. Not even be the quintessential banana peal. Anime humor is deep and witty. However, it should be noted that cartoons are mostly for children. Anime can be for an adult audience, but above all it is, actually. There are even times when anime plots are hardly suited to the children.

Characters

In his cartoons, there is a protagonist, antagonist, and a damsel in distress. Their functions are well defined and clear and characters always act according to their functions. In the anime, however, the damsel in distress may very well become the antagonist, leaving the protagonist in distress. No know what to expect in anime. Anime characters, a lot of times, are developed overtime through trials and growth, while characters cartoons remain the same from the time the show started. (Of course there are exceptions, like Spiderman.) Because there is a conspiracy going on, the Anime characters really grow and may even produce the next generation of the series. Anime Fans tend to get into the characters go much deeper because of the depth of character and charm. Consider Naruto, viewers see a baby grow to a powerful young ninja, his way of relating to people, how learn new techniques and how they evolve visually. That's one of the main reasons for popularities anime cartoons by friction.
