Hi, I recently caught a Budew, and I know I have to make it happy during the day and level it up to make it evolve, I just started a new game, I jsut got into Jubilife, I have a Poketch, how do I make it happy so it evolves in time to learn magical leaf at level 19 (Roselia) The first answer will get best answer if its good enough
