I am not almost sure… I am POSITIVE my friend is physically abused. I know all the main symptoms like cuts, bruises, exc. but what are some symptoms you cant find on google? I know him very well. He is one of my best friends and I need help with this! and dont worry after I talk to him at school on monday and maybe after about this week I will get the poilice into it. Please help!!!

Combine this simple solution to a healthier diet and has the formula to lose all the weight you want, for a period of time. While most of us want things instantly just not possible with the excess fat that has been around for years if not decades.

You will need to improve metabolic fitness first and until you change your lifestyle the weight will continue. But do some simple basic changes in activity levels in the form of a program of strength training, along with a healthier diet and watch the kilos disappear.
